Policy

1. Cancellations and No-Show

Please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or change it for a group, or within 24 hours for individual appointments. Failure to do so may result in the loss of any deposit made. Forfeiture of deposits also applies if you don't show up without notifying us and we can't reach you. Deposits are required for groups of 3 or more.

2. Lateness

We may cancel appointments for guests who arrive 10 minutes late. If you're running late, we'll try to fit you in but we may need to reschedule if we can't finish the services in time. If you arrive late but within your appointment time and we need to reschedule due to time constraints, your deposits can be used for your next appointment.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Services provided are considered final and are not eligible for refunds. In the event of dissatisfaction, please reach out to us promptly and return to the salon within 5 days of the original service for a visual assessment by management. We are committed to addressing any concerns and will strive to rectify any issues by rescheduling an appointment with the same technician at no extra charge. Any lifting, chipping, cracking, or breakage of nails will be addressed within 7 days of the initial service. Please be advised that customers are accountable for their choice of colors and cannot alter colors or designs once selected.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Please let our technician know if you have any health conditions or diabetes so we can provide proper care during the services. For the safety of our employees and customers, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with infestations, skin conditions, unhealed wounds, contagious illnesses, or displaying rude behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

5. Gift Certificates

Caliwill Nail Spa & Lashes gift certificates are non-refundable and can only be used for services at our salon. They may not be used to purchase or exchange for other gift certificates or cash.

6. Complaints

If you encounter any issues, please inform the salon manager promptly. For confidential matters, call the salon at (843) 706-0735.

7. For Your Protection:

Keep all belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Child Safety:

For safety and insurance reasons, children must be super- vised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are responsible for any damage caused by your children.
